“The unit was cozy clean. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Walking distance to many restaurants. The employees were very nice and helpful in answering all questions. The weather was in the mid 80s the apartment had two fans that worked great but it would have been nicer if it had central AC. There were no screens on the windows and mosquitoes kept coming in. Over all the place was nice. I think I would stay there again. ”

“Walked through many of the neighborhoods close by and condessa was by far the best. Safe, quiet, close to everything. I can go on and on but do your own research if you want. This property checks off all the boxes that you’ll need/wamt. Washing machine, full kitchen, a/c, several stand up fans, TV in living room and in bedroom. Free Netflix(in Spanish). Black out blinds. Very secure with a 24 hr guard/front desk. ”

“This gem is unassumingly tucked away in a corner of the city’s highest-end neighbourhood, merely steps to world class boutiques, artisan shops and a plethora of dining options.
