“the checkin was super easy and smooth.. front desk clerk came and opened the door upon arrival, big smile on his face and from then on i had a new friend in Makassar.. any questions i just asked him and not only did he answer them but would tell me better way or place than what i was thinking.. the food in the restaurant as well as the service was perfect.Coto Makassar huge sreving and just ENAK.. ”

“Inexpensive, “boutique “ property. English ability varied significantly. Staff was always polite. Limited variety of food but always tasty. Nice breakfast. Reasonably convenient to Losari Beach area but a bit far to walk in the heat.”

Kamar bau apek.begitu kMi masuk sprei dn bedcober sprtix sdh d gunakan, banyak noda.kamar mandi di salh satu kamar yg kami pesan sgt bau dan tdk bisa ipang baunya.sy request ke reception utk bersihkan kamar tp kamar kami smpe malam tidak d bersihkan dan sy sdh komplain. Sy rasa kamar yg kami tempati trlalu dipaksakan krna hotel mgkn penuh saat kami cek in. Maknan jg tdk……

“Very basic hotel. Fine for the low price. Room is a bit aged and dusty. Same with the loo. Everything works fine though and the shower was nice and hot! Note- the basic rooms don't have a window or view. Location is good though. Right on the sea front stretch close to restaurants and cafes. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Didn't try the food as there are a lot of options right outside.”

About 25 minutes at hotel conter, my name is not detected by counter incharge, even i showed your email booikng confirmation.. very gratefull after 25 mnt they found my name under expedia.. if not... my room is none no booking n i hv lot lot of trouble 2..The hotel said my booking is room only,, no breakfast.... even i showed booking confirnation... hotel showed me their received order is room only.. 3.The hotel is strategic location for shopping, culiner and losari sight seeing, just walking……

“It rained a bit, which is to be expected in this area, but nothing that was too much of a bother. One small complaint I have that actually just occurred to me is that the local mosque, of which there is one on every corner in this part of the world, started prayers at a high volume at 4am today...I'm all for religious freedom however, 4am, and no way to get away from it, that's a little much. I don't know what the solution is, however, there should be room for some consideration.”

“Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level.”
