“Great potential in this property. Location right on beach. Great view from balcony. Room and bed was comfortable. Needs some deep cleaning but would stay again. ”

“Beautiful property, spotlessly kept. The cabin was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The stoves work well and gave us a great cooking alternative on one rainy evening of our stay. Very close to Roaring river and only about a 45 minute drive into Eureka Springs. ”

“Had a great time staying at the Barndo! Dogs enjoyed playing and running around! Loved walking over to the river and enjoying the peace and quiet. ”

“Friendly people and not too far from Roaring River. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, a little walk from the tents but not bad. Our daughter loved the setup. Tents are thin so you can everything the other tents are doing. Recommend getting some sleeping ear plugs if you wanna sleep in. They had a little shop there which was pretty cool. Overall it was a great experience with them!”

“We had a lovely time staying here! Everything was ready to go for us and all we had to do was get our suits on and head to the river. I gave 5 stars for everything except condition because the inside zipper of the tent was broken, but the outside one still worked fine. I can’t wait to come back. ”

“My grandkids loved the tents and playing in the river. We had campfires. The covered outside kitchen area is great. Clean shower house. Everything you need for a great camping experience.”

“The property is brand new and clean. It’s only 5 minutes from Roaring River. The hosts are wonderful. The kids absolutely loved it! The heater inside the tent will keep you nice and warm. We will definitely be going back.”

“When we arrived there was no power and we contacted the owner (Ray) to verify there was a legitimate power outage and nothing we needed to do. Within minutes we had an answer from Ray that there was an outage in the area and that we didn’t need to start messing with any breakers. What a relief to us and an expedited response from Ray! Absolutely stunning views from the property! Completely unobstructed views of the lake. Lots of deer present during our stay that the family enjoyed watching. The……
