“When we arrived there was no power and we contacted the owner (Ray) to verify there was a legitimate power outage and nothing we needed to do. Within minutes we had an answer from Ray that there was an outage in the area and that we didn’t need to start messing with any breakers. What a relief to us and an expedited response from Ray!
