“Loved loved loved Talmadge’s. This is a unique little farmhouse with all the up to date amenities. Close enough to town but out of the hustle and bustle. Check in and check out was a breeze. In combination of the extra touches, visiting with Mr. Clubbs, one of the host, and the book on the coffee table about Talmadge’s gave us the feeling of belonging as a posed to renting. We would and have been recommending Talmadge’s. ”

“We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this quaint farmhouse located in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. Hosts were very hospitable and close if needed. Beds are comfy and the house has a peaceful atmosphere, great a/c and WiFi. You won’t be disappointed!”

“We brought our whole extended family out for our son’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. Plenty of space for 16 of us and our dog Scooby. Beautiful property and weather. We enjoyed gathering together on the front and back porches and enjoyed the fire pit. David was very helpful and accommodating of our needs. We had a great graduation experience and made happy memories.”
