“This was a perfect cottage b&b for a couple nights. Clean, accessible, snacks, and an amazing homemade blueberry muffin surprise for breakfast one morning. Met and exceeded our expectations.”

“The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again.”

“This property was perfect for my trip. I was in town to fish on lake Belton and the Red Barn was in a great location. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nice and I made my own meals with the equipment provided. Also, the parking was great for my truck and 21 foot bass boat. Overall an excellent stay.”

“Very quiet. Cottage was nice and kind of a mid century style. Owners animals are very friendly and we were greeted by them every time we arrived. ”

“This is wonderful place, but needs better description of house. The beds upstairs in one bedroom, had no top sheets, just bedspreads, and top bunks not good for adults due to ladders. Nothing major, I’m sure they will get it stocked in time, or at least tell perspective tenants to bring their own cup towels, dish clothes, pot holders etc. trash cans in bathrooms, for price per night this should be a 5 star listing in our opinion. The pool was covered and available. The huge water bugs was the……

“I liked that the property had a lot of room, a huge fireplace (but no fire wood). Was concerned when I opened the microwave and it looked like bbq sauce had exploded inside and hadn't been cleaned. The kitchen didn't have some basics such as a can-opener. Many of the bulbs in the lamps and ceiling lights were burned out. The name of the contact person on our form was not the correct person for this property. ”

“The property was easy to get too. Was close to UMHB and that was perfect. Unfortunately the door cofe didnt work at first and we was late getting in the property by 4 hrs. The property manager was good at letting us know what was going on. She was very nice and the house was beautiful. Needs a little touch up here and there but its great for kids and teenagers. The barbie room was the best. Will definitely stay again. ”
