“It was very quiet in the hotel and you didn’t hear any other guests. There was some traffic noise because of the location of the highway. Staff was extremely friendly and the rates were very reasonable.”

The microwave and mini-fridge was very old. These appliances need updating. Also, I was charged a $20 pet fee which had to be paid in cash as I had prepaid through Hotels.com. “Convenient low budget hotel close to interstate highway. Decent stark no frills no breakfast hotel on primary road to Smokie Mountains. Not very nice but you get what you don’t pay for. Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either. ”
