“Room was very clean. Staff very helpful.”

“It was very quiet in the hotel and you didn’t hear any other guests. There was some traffic noise because of the location of the highway. Staff was extremely friendly and the rates were very reasonable.”

“The desk clerk was great and very personable. The room was comfortable but did smell a little musty at first. They offered continentalbreakfast but we only saw the same packaged danish both mornings we were there. ”

“Toilet was to close to the floor Had to have help getting off. I didn't realize i could have asked for a handicap room fell trying to get up.”

“Convenient low budget hotel close to interstate highway. Decent stark no frills no breakfast hotel on primary road to Smokie Mountains. Not very nice but you get what you don’t pay for. Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either. ”
