“Very dated, floors uneven, felt cramped with three people, not for the elderly, couch in living room was like sitting on a rock! Overall it was clean but won’t stay again…sorry just trying to be truthful! Master bedroom bed was very comfortable but watch out on the stairs and DUCK at bottom so you don’t bang your head?spiders in showers!”

“Great stay, even in cooler weather (hot tub was great for this). Would love to stay here again in another season or for our annual April trip again next year. Plenty of room in the house for kids, parents and grandparents. Zero complaints!”

“I had an excellent visit. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances. Everything was super clean; magazines and books were available (as well as good WiFi). I never turned the tv on as the view was spectacular. I wasn’t able to have an outdoor fire due to weather but everything was great. I hope to return. “We had fabulous 4 days in Boothbay , visiting beautiful Penaquid , Southport Island, boat cruise, morning coffee near the water, and delicious food at Waves. Fun to look in different shops too. Bed was comfortable, nice readinbathroom was clean but right in bedroom with curtain but no door. That was a negative. Driveway was very steep for climbing and awkward parking space for unloading which was a challenge for 70 yr olds. Good kitchen area and sunny living room. Rivate and semi detached. ”
