Due to flight times from Florida, we arrived in the evening, but he was there to greet us with his warm smile & friendly demeanor. The cottage is ideal! You will think you stepped into a "Maine Cottages" magazine. It is well equipped, and was capable of hosting our "Lobstah Boil" with 20 guests, a live Jazz Saxophonist & a keyboard player! The views can't be beat. Want to kayak? Want to canoe? Conveniently located……

The location can’t be beat, the house has everything you need to include comfy beds and nice linens, plenty of places to enjoy the company of others or enjoy some solitude. It really is a gem. “Everything about our stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed the views, kayaking on the lake, seeing the stars, and listening to the loons. The location is perfect...close to the town, beaches, and trails, but also quietly secluded for that perfect peaceful getaway. The house was extremely clean, inviting, and comfortable. Wendy was a very generous and gracious host and made sure our stay was special. We can't wait to visit again”

“Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. ”
