The house is part of a larger property with a wedding venue so this is used (I would assume) by the wedding party/guests.The landscaping - flowers, shrubs, et al - are beautifully maintained. You may want to inquire as to when the venue is going to open/be used as we did have some gardeners there early to clean up the grounds and plant flowers which didn't bother us.Very attentive host and great location.
