“This house is really lovely - super clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. The pool at the house is a great bonus, and the house is close to lots of other activities - beaches, boat trips, hiking, and restaurants. We had a really relaxing and enjoyable stay. ”

“Overlook Farm is fantastic! Our family has been coming to midcoast Maine for summer vacation for generations and we were looking for a "home base" for our stay this year (the remote family "camp" is in Damariscotta, but we need modern amenities, too!). The house is gorgeous, spacious, well-stocked, and so comfortable. The game barn is such a great addition and has so many fun games for the whole family.
