“Had a great time ”

“What a great experience! My family and I (wife/9yr old/7yr old) just returned home from an amazing Marathon vacation where we had the pleasure of staying at this home. Patti the owner made our check in and check out super easy. The home is just immaculate in everyway...perfection in all areas. We were able to spread out easily. The kitchen was perfect for the meals we prepared. The backyard is just great...the pool was fun for us all as was the very comfortable and cool (tx ceiling……

“Beautiful house. Lovely location. Pool nicely shaded. When we had an issue with the house, it was corrected within an hour. Can highly recommend.”

“Our family of eleven vacationed together to help celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The house was very well equipped with all of our needs.The upstairs toilets both had some issues with running until we jiggled the handles. Also the hand towel holder needs to be repaired, as it was broken upon arrival. Also a rocking chair on the back porch broke while my husband was sitting in it, but he fixed it with some tools he found in the closet. The kitchen, living room seating, and all bedrooms……

“Well kept duplex with extremely cold A/C. Larger home than expected. Dockage for my boat was little rough but managed. Just a 10 min idle ride to open waters. Everything you'd expect the home to have, it did. Nice kitchen, living room, large TV in every room and screened lanai. Would recommend for a large group or family.”

“Great property close to things to do & restaurants ”

“We had a wonderful time! The property is very private, and having the dock was one of the highlights as was the view from the porch. We saw nurse sharks, baby jellyfish and the most gorgeous sunsets we’ve ever seen. We’d love to go back with friends.One caveat is that the air conditioning would only go down to 71F. There was a limitation programmed in that our host said couldn’t be changed. We typically sleep at 67 at home so this was a bit too warm for us for sleeping. I wish this had been……

“Excellent ”

“We stayed for a week in Kim’s house. The house is really beautiful, the pool has a chiller on it which was a great bonus, the dock space was super ample and deep. The beds were actually very comfortable. We had a few issues with cleanliness like dog hair and cockroaches but it is Florida and they turned the house around the same day of our check in. Kim was super helpful with issues we had and promptly tried to resolve anything. Overall, we loved the house, the location and had such a fantastic……

“This was a perfect place for two couples. The house was lovely, the pool was perfect and everyone was so friendly. Craig's place was clean and comfortable. He was easy to communicate with and did everything to make our stay five stars! Would definitely recommend this home ”
