The house was very well equipped with all of our needs.The upstairs toilets both had some issues with running until we jiggled the handles. Also the hand towel holder needs to be repaired, as it was broken upon arrival. Also a rocking chair on the back porch broke while my husband was sitting in it, but he fixed it with some tools he found in the closet. The kitchen, living room seating, and all bedrooms……

“We stayed for a week in Kim’s house. The house is really beautiful, the pool has a chiller on it which was a great bonus, the dock space was super ample and deep. The beds were actually very comfortable. We had a few issues with cleanliness like dog hair and cockroaches but it is Florida and they turned the house around the same day of our check in. Kim was super helpful with issues we had and promptly tried to resolve anything. Overall, we loved the house, the location and had such a fantastic……
