If you go, grab your lunches at Bitton where the owner /chef has truly mastered coffee, bread, crepes, gelato and composed sandwiches. Be patient: he’s a “one man band.” But as Islamorada is small and just two or three locations away from being a food desert, Michel is a treasure as valuable as an atocha coin. ”
