“Our first time down on the Keys. Marathon location was perfect! Easy to access many things. The condo is right off of Rt 1, but tucked away, so very quiet & private. We had a nice view of the Ocean & pool from our screened in deck area. Breakfast every morning out there. Do not let the seaweed on the beach scare you, it is cleaned up almost every day. The beach was perfect for sunbathing, walking, cooling off. You are also close to several other public beaches. We went to Sombrero Beach……

Check in was easy, property is very close to the beach and located on a quiet street. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. “Key Colony Beach is tucked away just north of Marathon, FL. The neighborhood was very walkable, and there were many locals out for morning and evening walks.The condo itself was clean and well apponted. The beach and pool areas were nice. There was a pogoda with two gas grills available for use, but we cooked in the small kitchen. We enjoyed our stay, and the host was very responsive to communications when our inbound flight got delayed.”

“I booked Kokomo Views for our 8-day family trip to explore all the Keys, and it gotta be the best travel decision I've made this year. The condo is such a rare germ as it situates directly by a sandy beach with beautiful swimmable turquoise water. Most of the Keys' foundation is coral limestone so having a private beach by the resort in Marathon is such a luxury. Our Unit 5 is so close to the beach and faces East, thus my kids often find themselves waking up early to watch the sunrise in the……
