“Overall great! Decent value for the money. Comfy bed! view out back was awesome. The only thing I wish was that they refreshed the room after the 1st night with new towels etc. No hairdryer in the rooms , maybe they have them in the office? Would stay there again!”

“We booked here because of the full kitchen plus living areas; the kitchen was pretty sparse regarding cookware/appliances, but the front desk bent over backwards to get us the missing items we requested. One of the selling points was access to their resort property, just up the street. However, that property was almost deserted due to a lot of construction work. The resort pool was closed (the Bayside Villas pool was open). Overall this was a pleasant stay for us.”

“Loved the location of our room-we could easily get coffee and head out to sit and watch the sunrise. Ice machine broken so that was a bummer but the staff was phenomenal especially when allowing us to check in early.”

“Grassy Flats resort is a beautiful, private, secluded property. We felt so relaxed here. There is not much of a “beach” area but seeing the high and low tide reveal the “grassy flats” was so cool. There are beach chairs/lounge chairs everywhere (by pools and along ocean front) so you can post up wherever you want. The pool was awesome and shady. “We were given very little information when we checked in. We were not told that a restaurant was available for dinner so we were too late to make a reservation that night. They advertise on the beach, but the beach is sand only, no water access. Just rocks like the coast of Maine. There is a definite lack of help in the restaurant in the morning. “Great property with great location for those looking for a lower key vacation. We walked right onto beach. The pool and hot tub were in great shape. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an escape for a few days. ”
