“love it”

“I was disappointed. During check in, there were 5 people at the front desk yet only one of them was checking people in (she was great) so took longer than it should have. People ahead of me had to wait for their rooms to finished being cleaned despite it being 4pm. I had an ADA room (booked by mistake) and the bathroom was awful. The shower wasn’t deepen enough so the curtain stuck to me. The floor was slopes to the middle of the bathroom so it flooded the bathroom when taking a shower and……

“With the exception of the loud pool area music, it was a peaceful place to be. The staff was awesome and it was generally clean and well kept - except for the floors in our room which needed serious mopping. That being said, the music volume was lowered when we asked and the floors can be cleaned (we might bring our sniffer next time!). Sean and Sonja were great and very professional. The rest of the staff was always polite and friendly.”

“Excellent resort.The building new and updated .The room was superclean and fresh updated .The waterfront view and sitting area was amaizing . 10 stars of 5!!!! ”

“We stayed here after spending 4 nights in Key Largo. The property is an older vacation resort in a great location. We enjoyed hanging outside with a fantastic water view better when the tide is up. The smell of the seagrass at times was a bit harsh, but when you have breezes it's not as bad. The pool is nice and a great place to cool off. We very much enjoyed our 5 night stay here before heading to Key West.”
