“We had issues with our room but the Manager Brad more than stepped up to the plate to resolve it and made our time there memorable and special in what it a fabulous family resort in the Keys. The resort is extremely person centred and friendly for family with an abundance of things to do. ”

“We stayed three nights with wife and mother. Enjoyed the pool area, included kayak used and the shore, too bad not access to the water but views and tranquility were amazing to watch the sunrise. Staff on the front office was attentive and provided good recommendations. Room was comfortable and with basic equipment, will come back. Perhaps hallways could use some paint and maintenance only for looks but overall no complaints. ”
