“Although we only stayed one night and checked in late, we got an upgraded room at no extra cost to us, the room was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows. Breakfast was the typical buffet style and included with the price. This is the hotel my wife and I prefer in La Crosse and we stayed here before. Highly recommend it. ”

“I can’t recommend this place enough! It was absolutely beautiful. Such a unique and relaxing place. It nestled on the river and had gardens representing different countries surrounding it. It was very quiet and nostalgic yet had all the personal amenities needed. Plus the steam shower was incredible. Best anniversary ever!”

“We had two rooms. One room was fine, the second room the bed smelled like urine and the adult using the room refused to sleep on it and slept with the the sister sleeping with her in the room on the on the other bed. The other room was fine and the beds were comfortable. and the rooms were clean otherwise. I would stay there again. ”

“We had such a great stay! Loved the breakfasts. My only complaint is that they had no record of the date change or my confirmation number for my reservation! But there were plenty of rooms available. I was charged $322.14 vs the $310.86 that Hotels.com quoted. We had no incidental charges, just the room and taxes! Not sure what happened there?!?”
