“Plenty of room for all 4 of us. Very cozy, comfortable place. Private hot tub awesome! Very clean. Property mgmt was very well organized and was stellar at communication! Only thing they could Fix(minor) is the book in the rental for check out procedures is slightly different than the digital check out procedures. Overall, we would/ will come back! Fantastic rental & great management. out procedures differeed from out fix”

“The only thing bad was the washer and dryer did not work. The inside of the house was beautiful. The outside could use a little work.”

“Positives: The cabin was super cute. The trail to Loch Leven lakes was a 5min walk away. Up the road (about a 10min walk) is a swimming hole. There was access to the river behind the house but not really a place to layout, I am also not sure if it was part of someone's property. Not so positives: I do wish there was screen doors on both the front and back doors to allow for a better breeze to come in. We also had issues with the hot water staying on. “When arriving the bearmat was disconnected. When entering the house know there is no air conditioning so if you are sensitive to heat I wouldnt reccomend staying. The floor of the living room was heavily scratched. The deck of the balcony should be checked because some boards are loose and could be a tripping hazard. The hottub had to be reset many times over the course of our trip but was fine over all. The place is very worn down, with doors, cabinets, and tables being scratched up too.The……

“Overall I would describe this property as ok...didn't exceed or overly disappoint. Was some cleanliness issues like spider webs inside in multiple places leading to a spider dropping from the vaulted ceiling onto my mother's head. Which most in the group found funny but she didn't. The beds weren't as comfortable as I would expect from a premium location. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are below grade which caused cool evenings/ mornings in spring months. We were not able to find extra blankets or bedding……

“House was beautiful, clean and the free shuttle service to Northstar was fantastic!! Our family of 10 had plenty of room. Kitchen is well stocked. Communication for checkin and checkout was great !! We will stay here again. ”

“A great home in a quiet location with the perfect layout for gathering. Such a nice cabin, the open concept floor plan was ideal for hosting, family time and fun. The rooms were a nice layout for two families to share the home. The back deck was large and fully fenced which was ideal for our small children! A quick route to town and near a huge field that was perfect for watching the best fireworks show! We had so much fun celebrating freedom on the fourth!”

“The proximity to the beach, and house were perfect. The only thing to note from our stay was the mattresses were not comfortable and a few of us were struggling from back pain or not sleeping. I think being walking distance from the beach made up for it though!”

“A group of guys stayed together to play golf at nearby Grizzly Ranch and the beds, (even the pull out couch) were comfortable and it worked perfectly for our group. Plenty of room for friends to stop by for dinner after the rounds.”
