“This was a great value. We had three bedrooms and two baths plus a nice kitchen and living space. Next time I go to Reno I will stay here if it is available. The host is super responsive and proactive. Great stay ”

Coffee was well stocked too- nice!When we arrived, we had not gotten the code yet, but that was a glitch in the system and the host was easily contacted and super responsive.Would highly recommend for a place in Reno.Thanks!”

“Very nice home for large groups or families. Having three legit master bedrooms was a very nice touch. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and kitchen gadgets. Hot tub and bbq worked great. Two minor critiques: the downstairs to upstairs is a loft-type design so noise carries, and pool access was in the listing but not actually available for short term guests according to the pool staff. Even if there is a work-around for the pool passes, the pool/resort fee is 24/person - not viable for a large……

“The house was a perfect way to show East coast relatives California. The space easily accommodated 7 adults (3 couples 1 and a 1-year old. The kitchen was spectacular - made it easy to prepare meals. Hosts graciously allowed us to use paddle boards and kayaks. We had a terrific time.”

“Great property in a great location. Close to downtown and the airport. It was a perfect alternative to hotel rooms for a business trip with a coworker.”

“Exceptional stay! Excellent communication with Briana! Spacious house. Fabulous location with great restaurants 5 minutes away. (Dolce Caffe, Claio, Madein) We did not cook so I can't comment on kitchen stock/equipment. The layout was good though. Wonderful large backyard with lots of seating areas. Highly recommend!!”

“Our family had a wonderful time at this home. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to restaurants, parks and the like. The home is very spacious, the beds were super comfortable, it was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Quick response when we had a small issue that needed addressed. ”

“This is a large house thst nicely accommodated our 6 adults and 2 children. The views of the lake from the decks were outstanding! We spent a lot of quality time together at the house in addition to enjoying the Lake Tahoe area.”
