“Its was a fantastic property for the price”

“Perfect place for four of us - could hold more - and our dogs. Close to good restaurants, shopping, and the lake. Roomy and had everything we needed.”

“The house was a perfect size and location for our visit to the Tahoe City area. Near trails and the lake was ideal for our short weekend escape to the area.”

“Place was as described. Clean and plenty of space for a family of 4. Plenty of games and puzzles for the kids.Very convenient to get to Northstar and the restaurants and shops at Kings Beach. Would stay again.”

“Love the condo and the location. Room were spacious kitchen and living room was terrific. The patio are was even better with the added bonus of a creek in the back yard. Very relaxing with a large couch fire pit and bbq. I can’t wait to stay there again.Thank you!!Only two things that need attention. Could have used more propane and the porch and balcony was filled with pollen from the trees. No big deal.”

“We stayed at this property for 4 nights and we unfortunately had some bad experiences, most of which were avoidable by the property managers - we had to deal with mice running around in the house, not cool, not hygienic and freaked everyone out- house was in beaten up shape with need for lots of updates - beds were saggy, couches were old, dinning table seats had no cushions and hurt our butts, drains were clogged- TVs are old and running on not so reliable platforms- Basketball hoops was broken……

“This property was amazing , from the hot tub to the Mountain View. I would recommend this to anyone one going to Donner Lake. It is close to West Beach and a 10 minute beautiful drive around the lake to the State park entrance. The most impressive thing about this is the host. 10/10 in communication and accommodation. I cannot tell you enough how amazing the host. Thanks John!!! ”

“My family stayed here for a week for a family reunion- Lake Tahoe tradition vacation. We LOVED this location! Hot tub was clean and ready to use and we really liked being at the end of the street with no neighbors on the one side. Fantastic layout for our group. Kids, Teens and Adults all loved this place. Highly recommend! ”

“The only issues we had with this property were the dirty floors(which is common with all places we've stayed, need indoor slippers) and some of the bed sheets were dirty like they haven't been washed. The back space was very nice. It was a great location.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere we needed to go. The place was clean and very comfortable. It felt like we were staying in a treehouse. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to restaurants and the beach. I would definitely stay there again. ”
