“This home is so darn cute! Cross between barbie land and love island! Very comfortable and again, just the cutest house ever. The host went abaove and beyond for us. We hosted my moms celebration of life and it could not have been a better day. Thank you again for letting us enjoy your little slice of paradise!!”

“Awesome property - beautiful views from the deck and we really enjoyed the amenities around the house. Hosts were generous with providing supplies to get started, like cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. House was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Only complaint is the lock on the front door wasn't working, and the key provided did not open any of the other doors. This made getting in/out of the house tricky. The management company did call me to notify me of this ahead of time.”

“The house was perfect for our group (6 adults and 4 teens). It was a very easy drive (and not a terrible walk) down to the Lake, and was very quiet nestled in the woods. We even saw a mama bear and two cubs walk across the back yard one evening! (The bear box is not just there for show!) The owners were very responsive and easy to reach, and check in/check out were extremely easy. Would definitely recommend the house as a North Lake home base for a large group!”

“This was a great value. We had three bedrooms and two baths plus a nice kitchen and living space. Next time I go to Reno I will stay here if it is available. The host is super responsive and proactive. Great stay ”

Coffee was well stocked too- nice!When we arrived, we had not gotten the code yet, but that was a glitch in the system and the host was easily contacted and super responsive.Would highly recommend for a place in Reno.Thanks!”

“Very nice home for large groups or families. Having three legit master bedrooms was a very nice touch. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and kitchen gadgets. Hot tub and bbq worked great. Two minor critiques: the downstairs to upstairs is a loft-type design so noise carries, and pool access was in the listing but not actually available for short term guests according to the pool staff. Even if there is a work-around for the pool passes, the pool/resort fee is 24/person - not viable for a large……

“We loved the location of the home because it was within 15 minutes of everything important to us for this trip. We traveled for a volleyball tournament and this property was everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was friendly, clean and very safe. Lots of walking trails that we made use of and it’s quiet community made for a great evening out in the backyard. We will definitely be back again and this property was all that we needed and then some. Mahalo ”

“The house was a perfect way to show East coast relatives California. The space easily accommodated 7 adults (3 couples 1 and a 1-year old. The kitchen was spectacular - made it easy to prepare meals. Hosts graciously allowed us to use paddle boards and kayaks. We had a terrific time.”
