“A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.”

“飯店很新，而且自動化。先建議一下，廁所需要有乾濕分離會比較好，而且有每天打掃房間，以及更換乾淨毛巾的服務，謝謝。”

“Unfortunately, The spa is like a kids' swimming pool amusement park that cannot make people relax, and the onsen - the reason I choose Alpen Resort - is broken and only featured slightly warm water.”

“地理位置很好，鄰近車站，也近Gornergrat Railway車站，我們住的房間有2個洗手間，非常適合4人入住，酒店沒有冷氣，因為fresh air，不過溫度是可以的，不知道夏天是不是也沒有冷氣。天氣好的話，房間是可以看到Matterhorn。”

“非常棒的旅館，到處可以感覺有特別設計過的設備和旅館的logo，服務人員也是非常親切。非常幸運安排的房間洋台就可以觀賞馬特洪峰的美景。在餐廳用早餐也是非常推薦的。值得再來。”

“Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!”

“這裡有個大廚房, 煮食器具齊備, 而且有大雪櫃及食物儲存空間 可以在大廚房自由煮食和用餐, 附近有超巿可買食材 位置超方便, 行出火車站即見”

“地點雖然不在大街但也只在旁邊數步之遙，有指示。房間很大設施也齊全。有免費公眾桑拿浴室及健身房，雖不及五星酒店般大也足夠放鬆身心。酒店早餐不算太多選擇但也滿意。入住日子可能是旺季價錢略高（HK$25xx)但也覺物有所值”

“Great location to ski lifts and staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast was included. Spa was nice as well. Loved the balcony view of mountains. ”
