“I stayed for one day and extended it for another day. The staff insisted on changing my room. There were not many people that day. They insisted on changing me to a room I didn't like. It was far from the room I stayed in before. I felt that the staff was deliberately making things difficult for me.”

Le personnel est incroyablement professionnel et attentionné. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est vraiment copieux et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait : à moins d’une heure de sites incontournables comme le centre-ville de Boston, Salem, les Merrimack Premium Outlets et Hampton Beach! Un gros coup de cœur pour nous et nous y……

“I was in the area for a training and this wss perfect for a stay. The room was very clean. I was shocked that it had whole kitchenette, mini dishwasher and all! I am going to say upon closer inspection, there were areas it need improving, minor cosmetic things. The water pressure was amazing! Water stayed hot. There was even dishes, pots, pans, utensils, dishwashing soap, role of paper towels, sponge, coffee with coffee pot. I would definitely stay again! ”

“I spent an overnight at Chateau Merrimack with my daughter for her birthday and it was great. Dinner at Pino was amazing, and the spa treatments at Ju Ju were a real treat. Having everything on one property made it so easy and special!”

“I was here for a school visit with my boyfriend! The front desk staff was extremely nice and sweet, our flights arrive late in the night and I felt so sorry that we had to woke this poor man up. The room is clean and comfy, would definitely recommend this!”
