“Amazing services and beautiful scenery”

“非常好的下龙湾行程，越南很热，所以一边吹着空调一边看着下龙湾落日美景真的很享受，如果是一日往返的船只基本都是没空调的，会很热！这艘船整体还是比较新的，刚上船的那餐午饭是几道式的西餐，晚饭和第二天的早饭都是自助餐，很干净，味道做的也好！在船上的两天一晚还参加了两次活动，一次是另外乘小船去个溶洞，还有一次是上岸去更大的一个蝙蝠洞探险，都不用额外付费，很都不错！就算体力不佳也能轻松玩下来，总体来说，这个行程我们三个人都很满意！”

“Beautiful hotel, with outstanding service. The indoor pool was nice and the steam room was great. Breakfast buffet was extra, but definitely worth it. The room had a nice view over the bay, very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers, we met in Hue. “I booked a Deluxe cabin for 2. Got a pleasent surprise during the check-in as they provided an upgraded Premium cabin to me. The entire process from check-in to checkout including the to and fro transfer to the Cruise and the excursions was hassle free and nicely managed. The entire staff was very courteous and was able to help us out whenever needed. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was also good, infact they also provided Indian food which was also a surprise for us. There are couple of……

“There are just 1 to 2 lobby staff helping for check in.Although the female staff is patient and friendly but the hotel quality is damn lousy.When we all family arrived in hotels,there didn't any porter come to help us carry the luggage.In room,TV is broken,toilet obstruction.Besides,there is not any multifuction plug in room.The toilet of lobby and dining floor didn't get door,it is terrible and embarass.The price is not cheap but the hotel quality is suck!”
