“This property is located in an area where many old, beautiful homes are being restored, but it is also about a half mile from what appeared to be a soup kitchen. The town appears to have somewhat of a homeless problem, but it would probably be safe enough during the day. This is a residential area with no restaurant, so you'll need a car. “Great one night stay after a bad experience at the Moxy - Downtown Columbia and a Police raid during check-in at the Aloft. What's up with Columbia? The Moxy check-in at the bar was a nightmare. A long line of folks waiting to check-in as bartenders were attending drunks - not cool, cutting edge or even remotely hip. The Staff at the Graduate was prompt, incredibly kind and parking was a breeze. ”

“The property was in a great location and had a parking lot. I didn't like that you had to pay $12 to park there, however. There are electric vehicle charging stations in the lot, which is a great bonus. I loved the variety at breakfast. It was high quality for a hotel breakfast. It's also nice that there is a bar/restaurant in the hotel.”
