“Staying at the Crown Plaza is always a positive experience. Customer service is always very good. Overall, this hotel is beginning to feel a little bit tired with dated workout areas, and room bathrooms. That said, they are perfectly acceptable. My only strong criticism is that there are a lot of large dogs allowed in the hotel. Even though the rooms appear clean, is still kind of grosses me out to think I could be staying in a room where dogs were running free before I arrived.”

“Staff was very nice, area seemed safe, overall the property was clean, but our particular room definitely had wear and tear. For a moderately priced hotel, it was a good choice. ”

“The bathroom floor was sticky. The pool is too cold. The pool area should be warm too.”

“There was nothing to not like about this place especially given the price. I paid a few extra bucks for the King suite which was surprisingly roomy. The room itself was clean and comfortable and furnished like a suite. What a deal.”

“This hotel is wonderful. Staff was amazing and went out of their way to help us with restaurants, beverages and transportation to the restaurant via golf cart on a rainy evening. I would give it six stars. Only downside was pillows are a bit poofy so if you like a flatter pillow then bring your own. ”

“All of the staff was kind. Breakfast was listed as continental, but had eggs, pancakes, hash browns, bacon/sausage, various juices, great coffee, bagels, toast, cinnamon rolls, yogurts, bananas, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy... We walked to a nearby Mexican restaurant, and a CVS also across the street. Very conveniently located near other places to eat, whether looking for fast food or restaurants. We drove to and enjoyed Aubrey's, Chick-Fil-A, Firehouse subs/salads and Texas Roadhouse.”
