“We really enjoyed the quiet area. The home is beautiful and worked perfect for us.”

“I traveled to Knoxville with my 25 year old son who was competing in Syndicate Crown Coliseum just a short walk away. Although we spent most of our time at the event we enjoyed mornings having breakfast on the back deck of the boat and spent our evenings enjoying the upper deck! The boat was very clean and the music/instrument themed furniture and decorations were a nice touch. We really appreciated how well stocked the boat was with everyday items such as toiletries, coffee and other kitchen……

“Great for a large group! Very clean property with everything you need. Checkin was easy. Description of loft area and as not detailed it looked bigger in pictures than it actually is so plan for kids or those that don’t mind being in a tight space together.”

“We had an amazing time on the lake and staying on this floating house. The house was as described and listed and the location was easy access. The ramp was a little steeper then we imagined so maybe including pics of the boat landing would be helpful! ”

“We have never stayed in a houseboat before and this experience was great! The accommodations were clean and well stocked. We were within walking distance of the marina & less than 10 miles away from the nearest grocery. Best part is that we were able to dock our boat right up to the houseboat. We would absolutely stay again. The cons, if your a Verizon customer you pretty much have NO Service.”
