“When we arrived at the marina we were very surprised and frustrated to find out that we needed a boat to get to the houseboat. After looking back at the VRBO ad there was 1 small line all the way at the bottom of the entire page that mentioned that detail. In my opinion that is a very important detail that should have been upfront and bold. I tried calling and texting the owner who initially did not respond. When she did she didn't seem to really care about our predicament. Someone from the……

“We had an amazing time on the lake and staying on this floating house. The house was as described and listed and the location was easy access. The ramp was a little steeper then we imagined so maybe including pics of the boat landing would be helpful! ”
