“We stayed here with a group of 20 for Thanksgiving and didn’t feel cramped. Although one bathroom had a sewage smell (which was fixed), the golf cart ran out of gas and we had to push it back to the house, and there was no lake access, only a lake view, we had a good time. There’s a bathroom in each bedroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The wifi worked perfectly on all 3 floors. The hosts were very responsive. ”

“The home was beautiful. On the water and awesome view of Lake Norris. Surrounding neighborhood (1 mile from lake) not as well off. We did contact management about a very bad smell (seemed like septic smell) coming from the first floor restroom. After a couple days maintenance person came out. Told us issue was fixed and smell would dissipate, but it didn’t. We just got used to it, but noticed it each time we left and came back inside. Hope they’re able to fix this for next renters. “This property is simply wonderful and very comfortable. We were a total of 17 people including children and they had absolutely everything we needed. At the last minute we thought of baking some cupcakes and there were the molds and even a chair for the youngest baby to eat.Each area is equipped to spend a pleasant and enjoyable time. The cold forced us to go inside and we had a lot of fun with the board games available.We were presented with two doubts and we wrote and they were resolved……

“We had a group of 8 adults using the 4 bedrooms. All the beds were reported as very comfortable. The home is very well stocked for larger groups with the main dining table able to seat up to 10 people comfortably. The decks are great - particularly enjoyed the swing and the hot tub on the lower level. The steps are certainly a challenge, however with some planning to limit the trips up and down, you can enjoy boating and swimming off the nice dock as we did. Very nice home with an accommodating……

The property is conveniently located right by major stores and small markets to do all the grocery shopping. We got a Costco order delivered with no problem. The kids loved to make s’mores at night by the camp fire and the adults enjoyed the night time dip in the heated jacuzzi. It’s about a hour drive from Gatlinburg. The houses……
