“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able……

The only complaint I had was that the refrigerator didn’t have a small freezer.. so I could not keep my ice cream cold enough or my freezer pacs frozen for longer use! We were very close to the exit.. so my husband was able to walk to the car! That was a major PLUS!! ”
