“What a perfect little piece of heaven. This was a girls only trip and the patio was perfect for drinking wine and late night conversations. Very peaceful and quiet. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. It is absolutely adorable. I highly recommend. ”

“We have our own vacation rentals so I know the challenges. I would suggest a single serve coffee maker. Easy to care for provides far better coffee and options for coffee flavors in the “pods”. Instant coffee is just not good… Great place. Loved the steamer! Thanks for the snacks!”

“Great location and property. It's a 2 minute walk to the sand. Matt was a great host and everything was clean and well kept. Our only feedback is that the beds and sheets/comforters were not the greatest. We would still stay again, but the beds and bedding need to be improved and I suggest queen size mattresses vs full-size in the 2 larger bedrooms. ”

“The rental was very nice big yard. Outdoor cookers were good patio actually two in the yard. The place was clean well stocked with amenities nice view of the ocean. The flight itself was very clean all in all. I would tell friends about it.”

The amenities and service is great: breakfast delivered to the cottage each morning along with an afternoon snack, bikes to bike into downtown Kennebunkport, paddle boards and kayaks to go out on the water, a fire pit to relax at night, patio chairs for each cabin to enjoy your coffee in the morning. “Restful ”

“The house was great, it was walking distance to the beach and a perfect spot for my friends. The rooms are small but not cramped, and there were a number of sitting areas for hanging out. It was very clean, and the sweet owners left a celebratory bottle of champagne! A great spot for a beach weekend. My one note to other guests would be that the beds in the twin bunk bed room are not adult sized (possibly my own misunderstanding). They are probably about 5’6” judging by my own wingspan, so we……
