“Mid April stay. We shared the beach for three gloriously sunny days with no one but dogs and their owners walking the shore. Winter swimming was amazing. Great beach, safe, flat, wide. Three things of note: the stairs are very steep/ high so anyone with knee or hip issues might have a hard time getting up the two flights. The sleeper couch is old and tired and needs replacing. My back did not allow me to sit on it as there is absolutely no support and the cushions were sagged through. We……

“The location on the lake was great and very peaceful! The space was perfect for what we needed. The downstairs bedrooms were a bit chilly so bring extra blankets if you get cold. ”

“This was our first time to New England (my aunt & I), and we stayed for a couple nights here to experience the beach life in southern Maine. This was such a cute beach town, lots of quaint beach shops, great restaurants (including Johnny Schuck’s which totally changed my mind on lobster - if you stay here you have to get their lobster roll!), and of course the beach. It’s literally a two minute walk to the beach, and they have 2 beach towels included. If you want to do more beach activities……

“Although the weather didn’t cooperate very well, the house is cute and served our needs. The walk to the beach is super close, like accross the street! The water view is pretty but remember it’s tidal so mud when we arrived turned into flooded marsh and “lake”with the high tide. The kitchen is unique in that I’m 6’2” and on my tip toes I’d touch my head to the low ceiling! But the beds were clean and comfy and we enjoyed our visit. ”

“I went to Wendy’s condo as a weekend getaway and I loved every minute of it! The view was amazing, the condo was clean and lovely, and the location was perfect! Wendy was really generous with letting me check in early and out late since her cleaners were not going to be there until later and she communicated well. I would 100% stay here again! ”
