“The property is an older triplex, interior is nice. Neighborhood is quiet. Close to historic wharf area. Easy to walk to local restaurants and sites. I had my dog with me and appreciated the back yard. Of note, there is no washer/dryer in the unit. No dishwasher, but this wasn't a problem. Parking is limited to on-street and would be an issue if more than one car required space. The only bathroom and both bedrooms are on the second floor and might be a consideration for anyone with mobility……

“We enjoyed this very updated and clean home located in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to grab coffee, drinks or a meal as well as walk to the busy wharf area for additional shopping and restaurants. Uber rides showed up quickly when we did not want to walk of if it was too rainy. The kitchen was modern and the living area was roomy enough for all of us. Each bedroom had it's own AC unit which was very helpful during an unexpected heatwave in early June. We highly recomment this home……

“Location was great however more things then I can count to explain that offset this. It says take off shoes. The carpet is disgusting in each room so I’m not sure ther taking off shoes is going to fix this. The place has two normal sized bowels in the kitchen so my kids were stuck using cups for cereal. The internet code was incorrect so we spent 30 minutes trying to figure out the code before needing to update the property management company Redawninf that in fact it was incorrect. The……

“We enjoyed the apartment - it was great to be able to relax and hang out together.. the stairs were a challenge, but we managed. You might think of a way to put a railing at the very tops of the landing on the 3rd floor- the stairs are narrow and step. A couple of small issues - one window over the kitchen sink was missing the handle to crank it closed. It was great Fri night when it was warm - but kind of chilly the rest of the weekend. The emailed instructions gave us the wrong wi-fi……

“Great trip to celebrate my birthday with friends and family. The rental was perfect for our stay. The hot tub, pool and sauna were great. Everything was a 10 minute ride away. Definitely recommend this rental for Maine visitors!”
