“We would highly recommend this home!! Communication in advance of our stay was great and the house itself was exactly what we were looking for - cozy, clean and spacious. I'm usually a little iffy on using the kitchen space in rentals but this kitchen was absolutely spotless and had all the conveniences we needed.The location is just a few minutes walk from the beach, mini golf and the pier and the house has a big fenced backyard that was perfect for our dog. The weather didn't cooperate with us……

“Loved the property & location but there was a weird neighbor Nextdoor we caught spying on us with a flashlight out of their window at night, made us feel very uncomfortable being a mom alone with her kids, luckily nothing further happened but I did not sleep well that night! “We had a wonderful experience. It started with having the lights turned on for us as we arrived late at night, followed by the pleasant surprise of snacks and wine. The house was clean, inviting and well stocked. We really appreciated the little extras like chargers, Bluetooth speaker and luggage racks in each room. Tom was very organized by sending a manual with follow up videos. I would stay here again! ”

“Myself and my family get together. Every two years And stay at hills beach. We have been coming to this area since we were children and truly enjoy this location. This rental fit our needs perfectly with 3 different families all related And all with different needs. Our stay here allowed us to all be together and all have our own personal space. Lauren The owner was a great communicator and very accommodating to our needs. I absolutely recommend anyone who gets the chance to stay here.”

The kids loved running around and "exploring" the house and all its nooks and crannies, along with and all the games in the living room (especially the binoculars). The beach was right across the street, and perfect for two kids to look for shells and hermit crabs (we found a lot of hermit crabs!). Can walk right into town. “I stayed here last year and enjoyed my stay because the photos reflected the room. I have a bad back and appreciated the fact that there was a recliner in the room. This time I chose a room based on the photos and there was no recliner in the room which made it difficult for me. It'd be nice if the photos reflected what you're actually getting. Overall I would still come back and maybe request the room differently. ”
