Beautiful beach location with enough space for fun, common areas and comfortable, private space for everyone including private baths.The hot-tub photo on the website should be deleted as that does not exist and a few details need attention such as waste baskets in bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen towels, etc but overall well stocked and functional. “Great location and property. It's a 2 minute walk to the sand. Matt was a great host and everything was clean and well kept. Our only feedback is that the beds and sheets/comforters were not the greatest. We would still stay again, but the beds and bedding need to be improved and I suggest queen size mattresses vs full-size in the 2 larger bedrooms. ”

“The house was great, it was walking distance to the beach and a perfect spot for my friends. The rooms are small but not cramped, and there were a number of sitting areas for hanging out. It was very clean, and the sweet owners left a celebratory bottle of champagne! A great spot for a beach weekend. My one note to other guests would be that the beds in the twin bunk bed room are not adult sized (possibly my own misunderstanding). They are probably about 5’6” judging by my own wingspan, so we……
