“The owner made the check-in process easy. I got to the property late in the evening and the check in was easy. The cabana was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is in the main house right as you enter the house. Overall a great stay. ”

“It is a great property, really close to the beach, nice grounds. We enjoyed the bbq and corn hole. There was space to put our kayaks and paddle boards when we weren't using them. ”

“Lovely short stay at Birch Bay. Property was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for a small family reunion. Location was windswept (it was early March, so unsurprising!). Beds were very comfy. House warmed up quickly when the furnace was put on, although we had to turn it off overnight as we found it a little noisy, but that was our personal preference. Overall, would definitely stay again. Great property.”
