“Great location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, beach, boat rental etc. Kitchen and small living room on the first floor, all bed rooms and bathrooms you need to go upstairs for. Bed rooms had lots of space and could accommodate our party of 9. Back patio was big enough and the kids played 4 square, catch etc. There is no yard, only the back concrete patio listed. Easy enough to walk our dog on the side walks to use the bathroom. Only thing I didn't realize was I was renting an apartment……
