“Let me start off with saying that we were looking for a place to stay that was relatively close to Zilker park for Austin City Limits that was also affordable and this was the best option. That being said, you get what you pay for. The mattresses were not very great (I had slept on one of the spring ones on Friday night and had really awful back pain on Saturday that affected my ability to enjoy the festival) and another friend who slept on another mattress also shared that she did not sleep……

“Nice property and good location. We stayed on the ground floor and about 2.30am the neighbors above entered. It sounded like they were moving in for the next 90 minutes. We heard every step and other.....unfortunately we did mot get much sleep due to that and the Friday night street noise.”
