But the state of the room itself was less than desirable. There were tortilla chip crumbs in the floor, there was still laundry in the dryer when we checked in. “We liked the space of the 2 bedroom for the price. The neighborhood was fun and lively, the pool and gym were nice. The unit itself was clean, but tired. Terrible water pressure, worn carpets, dodgy curtains, generally very bare bones. Also, only chromecast TV, which was a bummer, as we like to watch local news, etc.”

“This place is an incredible value with all the comforts of home. It even has limited cookware, and the apartment building has free, freshly ground coffee in the lobby! The only thing that wasn’t perfect about this property was the washing machine. It’s a front loader and was full of mold and stunk, so I decided not to do a load of laundry while there. Aside from that, though, this place was exceptionally clean and has great views from TWO balconies of downtown Austin and the river!”
