“We stayed for the easy access to the Maui Oceanfront half marathon start line.The harbor for whale watch and snorkel excursions is just a short walk with shops and restaurants. Beautiful views from this 2nd floor unit, whale spouts! *Be aware no central AC, just window unit in living room. 2nd floor end unit, we saw whale spouts!”

“We were rarely there except to sleep but the apartment has everything we needed. It’s walking distance to the harbor and ocean center. The beach is literally steps outside. The owner was very quickly responsive to our questions.”

“We had an excellent time! Everything was as advertised. Gorgeous location and very quiet and peaceful. Only downside is that while we were there the building was under construction for a new elevator so there was limited parking and quite a bit of space taken up by the construction ”

“Beautiful condo. Would stay here again in a second. Beds comfortable, well supplied, view incredible. Couple of small suggestions. Plastic cups for pool. Bigger coffee pot and patio chairs could be replaced. All in all a GREAT stay. ”

“Complex and Location are top notch. the unit itself is not exactly luxurious, needed to call for a couple maintenance/repairs, but generally adequate for our needs. It was well-equipped except for cleaning supplies which we could have really used with our month-long stay. note that unit has no parking place and laundry is communal coin-op - but the laundry room was close”

“Great being on the oceanfront and the mini-split in the bedroom makes for good sleeping. Comfortable furniture and bed. Internet works great. We couldn't get the TV to come on and gave up after several attempts at rebooting and using the reset button on the back of the TV. Really encourage the owner to sort this out. A new TV would probably solve the issue. All in all a winner unit, aside from the TV issue. Responsive property management team. ”

“The property was centrally located. It allowed us to easily explore all areas of Maui. The unit was very clean & well maintained. It was perfect for 2 adults. We enjoyed the gorgoeous ocean view from our lanai as we watched for whales. We especially enjoyed our daily trips to the small beach area to watch the Hawaiian green sea turtles come onshore. We would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“The unit is as advertised, with no exceptions, so no need to repeat that. Very nice. No problems. Host Joanne was great. This might be the nicest unit in the complex, being corner and ground floor, and the complex is also really nice. Great views, with one small caveat: there’s a hedge on the right side of the property that obstructs some of the view to the west. The sun rises directly over Haleakala crater in the morning, as viewed from the condo patio. Saw hundreds, maybe thousands of whales……

“Perfect unit for 2 couples. The kitchen was well stocked. The ocean view was beautiful and relaxing. Enjoyed seeing the turtles just off the lawn and the short walk to the beach. The location is convenient to Maalaea Harbor for excursions and Maui Harbor Shops for shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this unit.”
