“Detail: I don't normally leave reviews but if I can help someone out, I hope this is it. Make sure to CALL BEFORE you book online and confirm if there is water. It is a basic human need but yeah, no water in the area during our 3 days there. It ruined the weekend but the staff could not do much. Fault should be placed on the owners to make sufficient back up plans for their Paying staff. Room: We stayed in their honeymoon suite and i can vouch for the view, its amazing, the property sits on a……

“What a lovely guesthouse. Our host and team were brilliant. The room and views from the premises the beautiful. We had the all the amenities we could have needed. Our room and the premises were both very clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the bar well stocked with lots of options. The pool is also a great size with lovely views and kept well maintained. The team also decorated it prettily for Valentines, with lots of lovely touches like balloons, chocolates and roses - what a lovely treat!……

“I did not fulfill my stay at the accommodation. I drove from DBN as a single mum with 2 X 6 year olds. Arrived at 2:30pm. Room not available. 3:30 room was ready. The unit had an awful smell. No communication from staff. Toilet dirty. It was not livable. The Aircon did not work. Fridge and microwave was smelly. I booked another accommodation for the night in the area. I was declined a refund. I ask you to please consider a refund as I did not use the facilities or unit. The photos on website is……

“Property is not well taken care of. Room that we received was deteriorated and had to ask to be moved to a better room, which also was not the best. Service was very average. No effort was made to make sure the guests are comfortable. The only person that stood out for the better was the chef. Overall my family and I didn't enjoy the stay at all. We even cut our trip short and left early. Poor overall experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The owners or the managers need to relook at……
