“The employees go out of their way to give great customer service. They have extras like bicycles they loan out for free, a nice playground, really warm indoor pool, train memorbilia all around, 3 tvs in lobby with 2 showing current trains. The basic room with 2 beds had a huge comfortable recliner. This is an incredibly nice moderately priced place. ”

“The service desk guy was friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, beds slept well. The pool chemical was off or the filter wasn't working properly. but, my grandchildren enjoyed it anyway. “Difficult to find driveway using Google directions. From freeway turn right at gas station to take you back to hotel. Checknin was good - we were a very late arrival. The room was clean, albeit a bit older. We stayed on the 1st floor, which had windows at parking level.”

“I turned into the parking lot of your hotel and I felt this was not the right hotel for my family. The parking lot and outside was not appealing. So we did not stay. Assuming you are a family owned business you need to improve the outside as I did not even wish to look inside to see your rooms. We stayed at Super 8 next store to your hotel. Assuming you are a family owned business you need to improve the outside as I did not even wish to look inside to see your rooms. We stayed at Super 8 next store to your hotel. The outside of the super 8 is neat, clean and new looking. The inside rooms of Super 8 was very appealing. Not great but a good place for me to take my family for the cost. The value was worth it. I wish to thank you and the manager for your understanding refunding my money to me. "
