“Our TV did not work and did not work through our whole stay. We did go out by the pool and eat our picnic dinner and that was OK. The room itself was pretty nice as far as we were concerned. The buffet at breakfast was like, at least a football field from our room. It was a back hallway and there was no place to sit. I went back in the kitchen as nobody was around, and was able to find some biscuits. They were really good though. We went up to Moberly to go to the Drive-in so it was a convenient……

“I turned into the parking lot of your hotel and I felt this was not the right hotel for my family. The parking lot and outside was not appealing. So we did not stay. Assuming you are a family owned business you need to improve the outside as I did not even wish to look inside to see your rooms. We stayed at Super 8 next store to your hotel. “Difficult to find driveway using Google directions. From freeway turn right at gas station to take you back to hotel. Checknin was good - we were a very late arrival. The room was clean, albeit a bit older. We stayed on the 1st floor, which had windows at parking level.”

"I turned into the parking lot of your hotel and I felt this was not the right hotel for my family. The parking lot and outside was not appealing. So we did not stay. Assuming you are a family owned business you need to improve the outside as I did not even wish to look inside to see your rooms. We stayed at Super 8 next store to your hotel. The outside of the super 8 is neat, clean and new looking. The inside rooms of Super 8 was very appealing. Not great but a good place for me to take my family for the cost. The value was worth it. I wish to thank you and the manager for your understanding refunding my money to me. "
