“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a very private wooded location. The host was very accommodating in making sure we had everything we needed. The chalet was very nice and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals. The queen bed was very comfortable. The heating/air conditioning worked great. We didin’t use the deck, but it is very nice. It is a very relaxing atmosphere. ”

“We loved the Pistachio Nut! The game room was a blast for the whole family and the living room is set up for hanging out and relaxing. Mike is very kind and helpful and has really set up a lovely rental. Definitely a great place to stay while at Massanutten resort!”

“The property was exactly as described for our five night stay last week. Everything was clean, and plenty of room to spread out for two families. The owners were very responsive and helped us out with one minor issue (quickly addressing & replacing some empty LP tanks). We couldn’t ask for a better stay, and we would absolutely love to go back again. Highly recommended!”

“The location is well apointed, clean, and unique in the Massanutten area for the attention to detail, cleanliness and amenities. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to cook in, with a thoughtful inclusion of provisions like coffee and tea, pans for just about any meal, and plenty of dishware. The dining table is large (seats at least 8) and the living room is close enough to carry on conversation with those in the kitchen/dining area. Fireplaces in several rooms are a plus. The game room……

“It is hidden and on a river, it's really beautiful there. We were there when there was no other residence, so my pup and my grandchildren were able to play. It's in the front yard.The owner was very nice and accommodating”

“The house is perfectly situated between Madison, Culpeper, Gordonsville, and Barboursville, and other vineyards and towns--it's secluded and quiet but only two minutes to HWY 29. The house was just as it is advertised-We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen for cooking, the screened in porch for relaxing, and the outside games for playing. We will definitely be back. ”
