“First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be……

“The location of this place is super ideal. There's multiple bars and places to eat in a short walking distance. There is a small 5 or 6 car parking lot in the alley next to the apartment. This lot is reserved for people staying in the apartments. So in terms of parking, you shouldn't have any issue. There is also a parking lot across the street for extra cars. Check in was as simple as it gets. Highly recommend this property!”

“I had a really nice stay at this property! It was perfect for my short weekend trip for a wedding in Cincinnati (and as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe). Everything was very clean, the host was responsive and helpful (they made sure there was an iron in the room so I could iron my dress for the event), and overall really helpful. Plus, the price was excellent. I would definitely hope to stay again the next time I am in town for business or an event. ”

“The home was a nicely refurbished older structure just on the east edge of Madison and very near the bridge to Kentucky. The bathrooms were roomy and the bedrooms comfy.If you do rent this house, I don't see how more than four guests could comfortably stay there. Downstairs main area felt cramped at times with 4 adults.The only serious drawback I felt was the driveway of the property.
