“We arrived to an unclean house: surfaces were not wiped, including the floors, some of the towels were dirty, The outdoor deck had a dirty table and spills on the floor. In addition, three of the major blinds were up on one side and down on the other. There were no trash bags of any size and no Windex for cleaning the surfaces and dirty windows. We soon learned that things in the house were not working properly: The washing machine was broken, the smoke alarm in the kids room erroneously went……

“The Desert Sky Retreat is wonderful! The house has everything you need and is so cozy. There was a lot more space than we thought there would be. The pictures do not do this place justice. We will definitely be renting again. The host is top notch. ”

“There’s a perfect hill right out back where our kids spent the day sledding. Everything was great, hot tub, all of the amenities. Craig, the property manager was great, always on top of communication and very helpful. Would stay again. ”

“This home was the perfect getaway for our family! It is spacious, clean, and family friendly. It is close to sisters but feels like its own retreat! The neighborhood is quiet and the setting is so peaceful. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to stay in or go out and explore! The host was very easy to communicate with and also very accommodating. We will definitely be returning!”

“The outdoor space at this property was great with lots of seating, a hot tub and propane fire. We mainly cooked in and the kitchen had everything we needed to make it easy. The house is in a great spot with easy biking distance to the meadow, lakeside pool and lodge restaurants. We loved everything about our stay just wish we could have stayed longer! Would love to return here.”

“Great communication from owner and clean unit. The unit could use a bit of updating. The little TV in the primary suite didn’t work consistently. The main trouble we had was heating the unit. That said, I would recommend a stay here. I have no doubt those issues have been resolved. ”

“We came into Redmond for some business and instead of renting a hotel, rented this home. It was immaculately clean, , the owner was so helpful wuen we arrived 30 minutes early and we would rent ahain.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay in Sisters, Oregon, and the stay at this property. The kitchen and the extra room/TV room were nice. The only negatives were that check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. That leaves 6 hours for cleaning and seems excessive. It's hard on a 3-day weekend. Second, the bathrooms should be redone, particularly the tubs. ”
