“The manager on duty was in a hurry to go back to to watching his rugby match on arrival. On departure he seemed even more disinterested and could not be bothered to direct me to the restuarant for breakfast. At breakfast found weevils in the cereal. The only redeeming quality of the service at the place was the Bar-keep and the Chef who cooked dinner as well as the cleanliness of the room. ”

“Super herzlicher Empfang durch Annie. Obwohl kein vegetarisches Essen vorbestellt war, wurde ganz spontan ein sehr leckeres Gericht für meine Tochter und mich gezaubert. Service total nett. Unser Familienzelt war riesig und toll eingerichtet. Mit Outdoor Dusche! Würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren! Wegweiser / Beschilderung an der Hauptstraße fehlen. Einzigstes Manko”

“I travel to so many places and this place has by far been my favorite. The staff are so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. The most unique thing about this place is that there's no menu. The staff will fix whatever you like which was amazing. The food was wonderful and the lodge was immaculate!”

Compramos sistema all inclusive mas nem imaginamos os pratos serem escolhidos e parecia feito por chefs, o menu mudava todo dia porém podia pedir o que quisesse que faziam, sobre instalações tudo perfeito, limpo, organizado e pessoal super cordial, simpáticos e prestativos !!! “The hotel is quiet and nice.The waitesses are nice and friendly. Branda is helpful.Our ranger Clifton has sense of humor.The kids like them.Nevermind is patient and helpful too.Clifton and Nevermind tried their best to let us to see animals as many as they can. “This is the most relaxing lodge! I came for a weekend retreat and loved every minute. I was able sit in my own little plunge pool and watch the animals come to the water hole. The staff were all very friendly and inviting. I 100% recommend this place ”
