“Bigatt is the nicest surprise I have ever had for a hotel stay. The staff, the fresh and clean atmosphere, the pool (swimming outdoors in the alps on Halloween was not expected), the dinner made from a fresh on the grounds garden, the house wine also made on the grounds, the stunning views of Lugano, and also the story of the place all make it a rare find while traveling. Bigatt is the real deal for hospitality and stay here if can. I will try to be back some day. ”

“在這漂亮的酒店住了4個晚上，感覺舒適，酒店提供免費電動汽車服務，很體貼，雖然我們自己租了一架大Van,但平日出入用酒店提供的smart car 到市區很方便，餐飲方面，有2晚在酒店餐廳用餐，食物及餐酒都不錯，惟早餐所提供的食物種類及質量較一般。另一點不太滿意的地方是，這酒店出名的水療中心，我們三位女士原想安排水療服務，但原來他們只有兩名一男一女的服務員，所以不能安排同一時間做spa,故我們只能放棄，有點失望。”

“What a lovely stay in Castagnola, near Lugano. We were there as a family -- 2 adults + 2 kids and we had a family suite. It was very clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful! We only had one night in the area and were happy to find a quite place off the beaten path. Nice restaurant/bar and breakfast in the morning was included, which was fantastic. Access to the Olive Trail leading from Castagnola to Gandria was directly across the street -- it was gorgeous! “Zwei Nächte mit der Familie, super zentral, hilfsbereites und sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer schön und grösstenteils sauber. Einziger Nachteil, unser Zimmerfenster ging in einen sehr kleinen „Innenhof“ mit wenig Frischluft und etwas laut, deshalb blieb das Fenster bei uns Nachts zu.”

“貝林左納市區能選擇的旅館很有限,我們預訂一間套房,住起來並不舒適,這間套房的房間格局在閣樓,房間高度很矮,ㄧ不留意頭會撞到屋頂木頭,套房的格局很不適當。 早餐還不錯,服務人員親切熱誠,到舊城市區開車約10-15分鐘。”

“The Room View is excellent ”

“This is a resort with beautiful facilities & grounds. Dining options including breakfast were excellent. The inside dining room & outside were exactly what you would expect of a top of the line Swiss resort. Driving to anywhere along Lago Maggiore is just beautiful with stunning mountain vistas that take your breath away. Bellanzona with its 3 castles, Coripo is for the VERY adventurous but worth every minute of a trip. All these are a short drive from the resort.”
