“The customer service was exceptional and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. All requests before arrival were dealt with before arrived. Room was amazing and exceptionally clean. The hotel itself was immaculate and there was a good selection of food and drink. The gardens were well kept and beautiful. I would highly recommend and have boo a further satay here already”

“Nice and tidy hotel near the city centre. Just 15 mins walking distance from Europa bus station. When we arrived at very beginning, the air condition was noisy and we requested to change another room. The staff are helpful and willing to change another room in the same floor.

“Stayed in room 9 was fine on top floor ,stairs to vlimb room was adequate. Plug socket in wrong place,no sockets by bed. Shower was ok very slippery so be careful.
