“To start, the house was beautiful and communication with Hector and Jesus was good once we got into the house. The pool was clean, and the hot tub was nice and warm. The kitchen had no towels for cleaning, there was no iron, very few extra towels and washcloths. The floors are definitely an issue. While the marble is absolutely beautiful, it is extremely slippery and there are very few rugs. The bathrooms really need some rugs as they had the same marble. Otherwise, the house was gorgeous.
