“Solo stay for a week in October for some sunshine and r&r. Ticked all the boxes. Was allocated a 2nd floor room facing the sun for most of the day which I had asked for. Fabulous communication before arrival (last minute booking). Hotel arranged a taxi from the airport which was great as arrived late at night. My room was spotless and stayed that way the whole time I was there, housekeeping staff do a fabulous job. Pool area was clean and quiet most of the time, could move around with the……

“The hotel is in a great location in a rocky bay which you can swim in. The hotel itself is pleasant, although the style of the room we had was somewhat dated, although clean and well serviced everyday. We had complained about the location of our room and were offered an alternative which we declined as we didn’t feel it was better……but the offer was appreciated. The staff were, almost without exception, very pleasant and helpful, in every area of the resort…..”

“Really lovely staff, delicious food with the AI and premium drinks included. I highly rate the food. Just a few niggles - the entertainment at night was WAY too loud, it would've been enjoyable if they turned the speakers down slightly or moved the speakers further away from the bar area. Housekeeping was hit and miss, the room was serviced every single day, it was just little things like replacing the coffee pods and milk and water bottles which were inconsistent.
